We are able to provide Animal Health Certificates for travel for your pet.
Please call the practice to discuss making an appointment for this first.
We ask that you allow a period of 1 month between contacting us to get an AHC and collection.
In order for us to process your pets Animal Health Certificate for travel we will require certain information, please download the form below, this form must be brought along to your first appointment.
If you are unsure about any of the information, please contact us before your appointment and we will help you where possible. Your first appointment will involve checking all the information you’ve provided, then an appointment will be made to arrange collection of the AHC which is usually 1 week later.
You must bring with you:
- Proof of Rabies vaccination (pet passport, vaccination documents). This documentation must include the microchip number of your pet
- THE COMPLETED ANIMAL HEALTH INFORMATION FORM (DOWNLOAD HERE)
Please remember we are only a one vet practice and only have a few AHC appointments, Duncan needs to keep space open to see animals that need his attention.
Please note that Animal Health certificates will be charged for at your first appointment and are non-refundable if your travel arrangements are cancelled. Amendments to the animal health certificate are chargeable once it has been processed by the vet.
