Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12.30pm
Sunday: Closed
Please note we are closed for lunch between 1.00pm to 2.00pm on weekdays to enable our team to have a break.
If you have a veterinary EMERGENCY between 1.00pm to 2.00pm please call our normal number and press 1.
Please do not call Woodlands Veterinary Hospital during our lunch break.

How to have a Stress-free Summer…
The Summer holidays are here at last! They can often bring with them a change in routine for us and our pets. Holidays are booked, children are off school and more time spent is usually spent around the home. It’s a time for fun and relaxation, but for some pets it can cause extra stress and worry.
March’s Bravery Award goes to… Aurin!
Aurin presented with a worsening cough which wasn’t responding to treatment. After stabilising him on fluids, we x-rayed and scanned his chest. Senior Pet Month
This month we’re talking about the health of older pets. Here are a few things to think about if you have an older pet. As vets, we tend to consider that cats and dogs become senior around the age of 8, but of course our pets are likely to age at different rates and may be affected differently by the ageing process.

Our pets can’t understand what fireworks are about. To them, the loud noises and bright flashes are scary and unexpected and our pets often want to escape from what is a high-stress situation for them.
