We ask that you now order food, flea and worming and repeat medications online.

Please read the important information below before placing your order.

• Please allow 2 working* days from ordering to collection.
• If you are unsure whether your order is ready then please call us to avoid a wasted journey.
• If your prescription request is urgent, please telephone us on 01752 779 999 and we will do our best to help. Please note that our telephone lines are extremely busy, therefore try to place your order with sufficient time before you run out.
• If the item requested is not available or if we believe we need to examine your pet before dispensing medication, we will contact you on the telephone number provided to make further arrangements.
• If you would like a written prescription to order medication from an online drug company, the charge is £12.00 per prescription. We will send the prescription directly to the chosen drug company, therefore, please make sure you disclose the name of the company below on request.

*Please be aware if the order is placed on a day we are closed (Saturday after 1.00 pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays), we ask for 2 working days‘ notice.
